Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years old; 2.those who underwent LCDT screening for the first time in their health check-up program; 3.no history of cancer 4.No history of lung surgery 5. those who voluntarily participated in the questionnaire survey and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with a history of cancer were excluded; 2.severe diseases, mental disorders, cognitive disorders, communication disorders; 3.Patients with severe organ dysfunction were excluded; 4. Patients with previous lung surgery history were excluded; 5.Patients refuse to participate in the project according to their personal wishes and without informed consent.
