18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 65 years; 2)Patients ASA classification I-III; 3) Body mass index (BMI) 18 kg/m2~27.9 kg/m2. 4) agree to participate and obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with allergy to local anesthetics; 2) Patients with contraindications to nerve block (coagulation disorders, sepsis, tumors at the puncture site, infections and other related diseases); 3) Patients with neck deformity, neck trauma or surgery with obvious scar; 4) Patients with mental disorder or central nervous system disease, or those who are unable to cooperate; 5) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary and other major organ insufficiency; 6) Pregnant and breastfeeding patients.
