Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the following criteria are eligible for inclusion: 1) Those with Goodman facial acne scar grade of 3-4; 2) Those who have undergone PRF treatment for at least 3 times and have been treated for more than 3 months since the last treatment; 3) Female or male; 4) Aged between 18 and 40 years old; 5) Willing to sign the informed consent form; 6) Body mass index (BMI) > 17 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with chronic diseases that are unsuitable for surgery; 2) Patients with allergies to general anesthesia drugs; 3) Those who have other acute illnesses or cannot complete the treatment due to other reasons during the treatment period; 4) Patients with facial active inflammatory or infectious acnes. 5) Patients who have not signed the informed consent form.
