Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for disabled elderly: ? Age =60 years old; ? Moderate to severe disability prior to hospitalization was assessed according to the Basel Index; ? The duration of care =3 months; ? Clear consciousness, have a certain understanding, coordination ability; ? Disabled elderly people gave informed consent, voluntarily accepted this experiment, and voluntarily signed informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: ? Age =18 years old; (2) the children of the disabled elderly (including daughter-in-law and son-in-law); (3) Care time for disabled elderly =1 month (when the caregiver > 1, choose the longest daily care time); ? no communication barriers; ? Know about this experiment, agree to cooperate, and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for disabled elderly: Elderly people at the end of their lives 2. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: Caregivers who have received relevant care training
