18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old; (2) To be admitted for radiofrequency ablation of persistent atrial fibrillation; (3) Participate in this study with informed consent and provide personal information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute myocardial infarction; (2) History of congenital heart disease; (3) There are metal implants such as steel plates and steel nails in the torso; (4) Patients after pacemaker surgery and implantation of drug pump; (5) A definite diagnosis of cardiomyopathy; (6) Patients suffering from claustrophobia and unable to lie still in a confined environment for 2 minutes; (7) Subjects considered unsuitable for inclusion for other reasons.

Late recurrence of persistent atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation, that is, symptomatic atrial fibrillation occurs 3 months after surgery, and/or rapid atrial arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and atrial tachycardia are captured by electrocardiogram or 24-hour holter electrocardiogram, and the duration exceeds 30s.;	—

Early recurrence of persistent atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation (recurrence during the gap period), that is, symptomatic atrial fibrillation occurs within 3 months after surgery, and/or rapid atrial arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and atrial tachycardia are captured by electrocardiogram and 24-hour holter electrocardiogram, and the duration exceeds 30s.;Delayed cure after radiofrequency ablation of persistent atrial fibrillation, that is, patients with early recurrence, the atrial arrhythmia spontaneously stopped and disappeared during subsequent review and follow-up, and the continuous sinus rhythm was stable without taking antiarrhythmic drugs.;	—
