65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 years old or older 2. Patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery 3. ASA ?-? 4. Postoperative hospitalization of three days or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction 2. Preoperative neuropsychiatric disorders 3. Inability to complete preoperative assessment due to severe dementia, speech impediment, etc 4. Prolonged use of antipsychotics before surgery 5. History of cerebrovascular accidents within three months 6. Refusal to participate the study 7. Emergency surgery 8. postoperative death or loss of visit
