Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade 2-3; 2. Age more than 60 years; 3. Patients undergoing knee or hip arthroplasty under combined lumbar and rigid anaesthesia or general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative psychiatric neurological and neurodegenerative disorders severe cognitive impairment MMSE score less than 15; 2. Preoperative visual, auditory, and communication impairments; 3.Preoperative coagulation, infection other regional anaesthesia contraindications; 4. Have a medical condition that severely affects PALB and FIB levels. (e.g. liver dysfunction, haematological disorders) 5.Incomplete data
