18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 18-70; (2) Patients with newly diagnosed left-sided breast cancer; (3) The patient underwent a standardized mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection and the postoperative histopathology was invasive carcinoma and lymph node was positive; (4) No distant metastasis; (5) There is an indication for postoperative radiotherapy, regardless of whether chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or endocrine therapy is received; (6) No history of underlying heart disease (including acute and chronic cardiac insufficiency, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, etc.) and normal heart baseline examination results before radiotherapy; (7) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant females; (2) The patient had a history of radiotherapy in the chest in the past; (3) inflammatory breast cancer or bilateral breast cancer; (4) Cannot tolerate radiation therapy.
