Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old, acute onset time = 48 hours; ? Hospitalized patients with community acquired infections ? meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis or septic shock; ? Recommended comprehensive treatment according to guidelines; ? The patient or their authorized family member signs an informed consent form, and the clinical data is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals under the age of 18 have an acute onset time greater than 48 hours; ? Merging malignant tumors; ? Autoimmune diseases; ? Recently undergoing major surgery; ? Patients with mental illness or inability to cooperate with treatment; ? Severe malnutrition. ? Give up treatment midway.
