Morphine Injection Group:The left stellate ganglion was given an injection of morphine (10 mg, 10 ml) under ultrasound guidance within 30 minutes before coronary artery recanalization.
Normal Saline Injection Group:Before coronary vascular recanalization, the left stellate ganglion was given an equal amount of normal saline (10 ml) under ultrasound guidance.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with acute myocardial infarction who were to undergo coronary revascularization; 2) Age >18 years old, gender is not limited; 3) Body mass index (BMI) 18.5~30 kg/m2; 4) Obtain informed consent from patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of opioid addiction; 2) Patients with cardiomyopathy of unknown cause; 3) Patients with diabetes and obesity; 4) Severe mental illness can not cooperate; 5) Complicated with serious systemic diseases such as blood diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.
