65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 65 years old; (2) The imaging and clinical diagnosis are consistent with hip fractures; (3) ASA grade III and below, patients performed hip surgery under general anesthesia; (4) Individuals without chronic respiratory diseases or impaired sense of smell; (5) No allergy to floral or plant aromas, negative patch test; (6) Patients who enter PACU for anesthesia and resuscitation after surgery; (7) After the patient signs informed consent, it means that the patient is aware of and agrees to carry out the relevant aspects of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with poor overall health and severe diseases affecting vital organs; (2) Patients with long term history of smoking, alcoholism, and drug dependence; (3) Individuals who have taken psychotropic drugs within one month prior to surgery; (4) Patients with preoperative delirium; (5) Individuals with preoperative mental disorders or cognitive impairments; (6) Individuals who are allergy to lavender essential oil;
