50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Those who met the above diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia were included in the group of sarcopenia, and those who met the above diagnostic criteria for non-sarcopenia were included in the group of non-sarcopenia; ? Patients are willing to undergo multimodal ultrasound testing, knee magnetic resonance, and isokinetic muscle strength testing; ? Age 50-70 years old; ? Willing to sign the informed consent and complete the examination as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? knee and waist trauma or surgical history; ? Patients with tuberculosis, tumor, rheumatoid arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in the knee joints and waist; ? Allergic to coupler; (4) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive system and hematopoietic system and mental patients. ? Refuse to sign the informed consent. ? Claustrophobia, some ferromagnetic implants such as pacemakers or metal prosthetics can not be MRI.
