Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unilateral alveolar cleft 2.Patients between the ages of 9 and 16 3.Patients who have accomplished primary repair of cleft lip and/or cleft palate 4.Patients in need of alveolar bone grafting to repair alveolar cleft 5.Patients with good oral hygiene, capable of performing postsopertaive oral care and cooperating with follow-up studies
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed as syndromic diseases with cleft lip and palate 2.Patients with bilateral alveolar clefts 3.Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes 4.Patients with bad habits such as smoking and drinking 5.Patients with poor oral hygiene and obvious peridontal diseases that cannot reach surgical requirements after peridontal treatment 6.Patients who have underwent alveolar bone grafting before and failed 7.Patients and families who cannot cooperate with regular follow-up studies
