23 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singlets, first or second pregnancy, and meeting one of the following diagnostic criteria of gestational diabetes, including (a) at least one of peripheral blood glucose levels of OGTT Testing at 24-28 weeks of gestation exceeded the thresholds of 5.1 mmol/L, 10.0 mmol/L and 8.5 mmol/L at fasting, 1h and 2h, respectively, and (b) fasting blood glucose = 7.0 mmol/L or 2h blood glucose = 11.1 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregestational diabetes, multiple births, test tube infants.
