Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children, aged 4-10 years, scheduled for ENT surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: decline to participate, retarded developing, the guardian unable to inderstand mandarin or unable to understand the meaning of VAS
