18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy in our department for the treatment of anterior shoulder instability during December 2023 and December 2025; 2. Ages > 18 years old; 3. Glenoid bone loss between 15-25%;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multidirectional instability of the shoulder; 2. Combined with other injuries in the same shoulder, including rotator cuff tear, nerve injury, etc.; 3. Uncontrolled epilepsy; 4. Refused to be included;
