Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Low back pain accompanied by unilateral or bilateral lower limb pain, MRI shows single segment intervertebral disc herniation (L4/5, L5/S1), VAS score of Low back pain is 4 points or above, conservative treatment is ineffective for 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Extremely lateral intervertebral disc herniation, MRI showing severe Modic type I changes in the endplate, infection, trauma, tumor, tuberculosis, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal arthropathy, lumbar spondylolisthesis, previous surgical history, accompanied by social and psychological disorders, history of analgesics = 20 mg/d
