Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of case group: (1) Symptoms: two or more symptoms of paroxysmal sneezing, watery nose, nasal itching and nasal congestion; (2) Signs: edema and pale nasal mucosa, nasal watery secretions; (3) Allergen detection: at least one allergen serum specific IgE = grade 2. Inclusion criteria of negative control group: (1) Allergic rhinitis was excluded by specialist examination; (2) no atopic disease symptoms and history; (3) Allergen-IgE < 0.35 kUA/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious mental illness, immune system disease and other systemic diseases; (2) Patients who have used anti-allergy drugs such as glucocorticoids, antihistamines and leukotriene receptor antagonists within 2 weeks.
