Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: A Retrospective Capital University of Medical Sciences of patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery with one-lung ventilation and underwent regional cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring at the Beijing Children's Hospital affiliated to the Central Government from January 2022 to December 2022, all information is recorded in HIS system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: children with brain disease, severe circulatory and respiratory system disease, ASAII grade or above, intermediate thoracotomy, incomplete information recording.
