Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary non-small cell lung cancer; 2.Thoracoscopic lobectomy; 3. Age = 18 years old; 4. Proficient in the use of WeChat; 5. Patients gave informed consent and participated in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other treatment modalities such as chemotherapy radiotherapy immunotherapy and targeted therapy; 2. Combination of other malignant tumours reguiring treatment or serious diseases of various vital organs; 3. People with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 4. Reqularly practising Pranayama or other breathing exercises.
