Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA I-II patients; 2 Patients aged 18-60 with BMI of 18.5-24; 3 Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; 4 Patients who agreed to participate in this experiment and signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with airway difficulties 2. Patients who are mentally abnormal and cannot cooperate with this study; 3. Those who are allergic to mepivacaine, lidocaine or other local anesthetics; 4. Participate in another researcher; 5. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 6. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (resting blood pressure = 180/100mmhg); 7. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 8. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 9. It is estimated that the operation duration is more than 2 hours; 10. Refuse to participate in this research.
