Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 = Age = 80; 2) Patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease within 24 hours of onset; 3) The history of atherosclerotic coronary heart disease was confirmed in the past; 4) Recurrent patients with first-time onset or previous cerebral infarction without sequelae such as limb paralysis will not affect the NIHSS score this time; Previous mRS score = 1 point; 5) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hemorrhagic stroke or mixed stroke 2) Patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformations or intracranial tumors 3) Uncontrollable severe hypertension (with systolic blood pressure still = 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure = 110mmHg after active treatment), combined with severe infection (consistent with 1. body temperature = 38 ? 2. shock signs 3. consciousness disorders caused by infection 4. respiratory failure, blood gas analysis PO2100u/l or AST>80), renal dysfunction (glomerular filtration rate60 seconds, or INR>3) 4) Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage 5) Those who experience retinal or visceral bleeding within 30 days 6) Patients receiving PCSK9 inhibitors within 3 months prior to onset 7) Patients with consciousness disorders 8) Patients with previous allergies or intolerance to PCSK9 inhibitors or statin components 9) Pregnant or lactating women and those planning to conceive within 6 months Researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in this experiment
