Age
20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 20 years old; HBsAg positivity > 6 months; HBV DNA = 200000 IU/L before enrollment; Regular prenatal examination during pregnancy and delivery at the Second Hospital of Nanjing; Good compliance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with hepatitis C,human immunodeficiency virus, syphilis, and tuberculosis infection; evidence of decompensated liver disease, pre-pregnancy antiviral therapy, twin pregnancy, concurrent administration of cytotoxic drugs, immunomodulators, glucocorticoid drugs; and cancer, cirrhosis, heart disease, or kidney dysfunction
