Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation; (2)18–65 years old,; (3)BMI:18~30kg/m²; (4)classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II; (5)scheduled for elective minimally invasive lumbar surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)a history of lumbar surgery; (2)recent use of opioid drugs; (3)psychiatric disorders, neurological disease; (4)diabetes, renal or hepatic insufficiency,; (5)uncontrolled hypertension, or arrhythmia; (6)language impairment and inability to perform pain numrical rating scale ; (7)inability or refusal to use intravenous patient-controlled analgesia; (8)refusal to sign informed consent.
