Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years female. 2. Stable stage melasma, a pale brown to dark brown face with well circumscribed macules, usually symmetrically distributed, without inflammatory manifestations and scaling. 3. No obvious conscious symptoms. 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM for kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome Cardinal: low back acid or soft legs, dark tongue or presence of ecchymotic petechiae or sublingual stasis. Secondary: ? hair loss (hair dryness and easy removal), forgetfulness (love forgetfulness); ? Dark labial nail, dark face, and blood clots on menstruation; And thin mosses with fine or fine veins. 2 main disease, or 1 main disease + secondary disease ? and ? each of them, can be identified as kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome by combining pulse diagnosis. 5. Exclusion criteria

Comorbid severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and haematopoietic diseases and endocrinological diseases, psychiatric subjects. 5. Alcoholics or smokers. 6.
