Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Under 18 years of age; The treatment of radiotherapy, chemotherapy or myeloablative preconditioning hematopoietic stem cell transplantation will cause serious injury or even loss of ovarian function. The ovarian reserve function is still in the normal range. Have a strong desire to preserve fertility; Can tolerate surgery and anesthesia; Able to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from acute or serious infectious diseases (AIDS, syphilis, etc.); Suffering from severe mental illness; Have contraindications to surgery or anesthesia; Other situations that are not in accordance with law or ethics.
