Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age =18 and =65 years old; BMI 18 ~ 28 kg/m2; ASA class I-II 2) patients undergoing elective first pancreatic extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy under intravenous anesthesia 3) Patients voluntarily participated and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with predicted difficult airway, such as limited mouth opening, Mallampati score =3, etc. 2) patients with respiratory insufficiency or sleep apnea 3) patients with poorly controlled diabetes (glycosylated hemoglobin = 9.1%) and 4) allergy to the study narcotic drugs due to long-term use of painkillers
