18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) male or female patients aged 18 to 65 years (2) patients with a preoperative diagnosis suggesting a high horseshoe-shaped anal fistula (assessed by MRI and intraoperative examination under anesthesia, involving at least one-third of the sphincter complex)(3)primary and recurrent high horseshoe fistula.(4)participants voluntarily participated in this clinical trial, signed an informed consent form, and were able to cooperate with clinical follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included people with low anal fistulas, Crohn's disease, cancer, infections (sepsis, tuberculosis or HIV infection), autoimmune diseases, breastfeeding or pregnancy, or those undergoing long-term steroid or corticosteroid therapy.
