Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy subjects (2) Age: 18-60 years old (3) No limitation of gender and age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) having a history of needle syncope or drug allergy; (2) Diabetes, hypoglycemia, cardiovascular, respiratory and digestive systems, etc
