Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for the Formula Milk Group: (1)Infants aged 2-3 months post-birth. (2)Infants whose mothers have insufficient lactation or are unable to breastfeed. (3)Parents/guardians who can read and understand Chinese. (4)Parents/guardians who are willing to feed their infants only with the provided formula milk as per instructions at least until the age of 6 months (formula milk 720-960mL/day). (5)Parents/guardians who agree to continue feeding their infants with the provided formula milk under the guidance of medical personnel after starting complementary foods (formula milk 600-800mL/day). (6)Infants who do not have any adverse or allergic reactions during the trial period of the formula milk. Inclusion Criteria for the Exclusive Breastfeeding Control Group: (1)Infants aged 2-3 months post-birth. (2)Infants who have been exclusively breastfed since birth. (3)Parents/guardians who can read and understand Chinese. (4)Parents/guardians who are willing to continue exclusive breastfeeding at least until the infant is 6 months old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)The infant's mother has been residing in the local area for less than 6 months. (2)The infant has congenital diseases, chromosomal abnormalities, and/or conditions that may interfere with growth. (3)Participation in another nutritional intervention trial.
