Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Neonates admitted to the study site requiring PICC catheters; ?The guardian of the newborn is over 18 years old and is clearly aware; ?Guardian sign informed consent; ?The blood vessels of the upper and lower limbs were well preserved

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The expected survival time of newborns is less than one week; (2) Patients with serious diseases such as blood system, clotting disorders, and heart diseases that require surgical treatment; ? Premature infants with abdominal lesions
