60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with MCI; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3.Had no medication that affects the structure of the intestinal flora, such as antibiotics or probiotic drugs, in the last 3 months; 4. Had no regular physical exercise for at least half a year(regular exercise means exercise with a frequency of at least twice a week and at least 20 min per session); 5.People with a healthy dietary pattern in the last week (FFQ questionnaire: intake of dairy products, dark vegetables, poultry, eggs, soya products, river food, rice, light vegetables, fruits) 6. Provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-morbid or former central nervous system diseases such as cerebral infarction, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc; 2. Older adults who are unable to co-operate in completing the research survey content, such as consciousness disorder, eye disease, deafness, aphasia, etc; 3. Any mental illness such as major depression or schizophrenia; 4. Any older adults suffering from a disease that severely limits exercise, such as cancer, heart, liver, kidney and haematological disorders, musculoskeletal disease disorders and diseases that may affect physical activity; 5. Any person suffering from diabetes and gastrointestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal obstruction; history of abdominal surgery; 6. Participating in another clinical study.
