18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range from 18 to 65 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Pain in the neck area, with or without radiation pain in the neck and shoulders; 3) Neck pain lasts for at least 3 months and has been present for at least half of the past 6 months; 4) The average degree of pain is moderate or above (visual analog scoring method, VAS = 3 points); 5) Willing to use the Tencent Conference APP and activate the camera to participate in rehabilitation guidance; 6) Volunteer to participate in the experiment and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who have regularly practiced Ba Duan Jin, yoga, and Tai Chi within the past six months in order to treat chronic neck pain; 2) Specific neck pain with pathological and/or histological structural changes 3) Existence of serious underlying diseases (such as malignant tumors, infections, unstable cardiovascular diseases, and visceral diseases) 4) The presence of pain in other parts of the body greater than neck pain; 5) Have a history of neck surgery; 6) There are other disabling situations that may affect the effectiveness of the intervention; 7) Patients with severe mental illness and cognitive impairment; 8) Inability to move, affecting the physical condition of participating in rehabilitation activities; 9) There are contraindications to exercise.
