Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 18 years old = age = 60 years old, gender is not limited; ? voluntarily sign the informed consent form; ? clinically diagnosed patients with lateral collateral ligament injury of the ankle who need to undergo surgical treatment; ? the contralateral ankle joint is normal; ? able to use a smart phone or a tablet computer; ? good adherence to the training, willing and able to perform the training according to the requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for lateral collateral ligament injury of the ankle; ?Patients who do not undergo surgical treatment; ?Inner ankle ligament sprains; ?People who have a history of surgery on the ankle joint; ?People who have a history of nerve damage in the lower extremity; ?People who are physically weak or unable to undergo rehabilitation due to other physical ailments; ?People who are not able to follow the training required by the doctor or therapist.
