18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy participants who volunteered to participate in this trial; (2) 18-60 years of age; (3) normal mobility of the thoracic and lumbar spine joints; (4) no known neuromuscular or joint disorders; (5) no systemic, neoplastic, rheumatologic, or infectious diseases, bone spurs, or bone fractures; and (6) not currently undergoing any form of health care treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of neck, shoulder, and low back pain and history of spinal surgery and trauma; (2) Ultrasound coupler allergy; (3) Patients with conscious disorders, cognitive dysfunction, psychiatric disorders, severe balance disorders, and severe spinal-type disorders that interfere with evaluation and treatment; (4) Women who are pregnant, preparing for pregnancy, or breastfeeding; and (5) Tumors, tuberculosis, and infections.
