Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASAII Grade III and = 18 years old in our hospital from November 2023 to April 2024 undergoing unilateral thoracoscopic surgery were selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are discharged from hospital midway and do not continue to receive treatment; During and after the operation, cerebrovascular accident caused consciousness disturbance or other reasons resulting in failure to wake up or death; Declined to participate in the study.
