Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 18 and older ? Patients need PiCCO monitoring due to their condition ?The patient's acoustic window meets the lung ultrasound evaluation

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women ? Bedside ultrasound cannot be performed for various reasons
