Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? =18 years of age; ? All enrolled patients underwent head CT/MRI examination, which met the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of acute ischemic stroke; ? Informed consent of the patient or informed consent of the agent.

Exclusion criteria
