Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Age 18 years or older. ? meeting the Western diagnostic criteria for T2DM and DPN. ? meeting the T2DM and DPN Chinese medical diagnostic criteria. ?General conditions and relevant information were detailed and complete. ? able to cooperate with the investigator to fill out and complete the quantitative body mass questionnaire. ?Patients' informed consent. Note: Those who met the above six inclusion criteria at the same time were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Those with acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis, frequent hypoglycemia, and severe infections within the last month. ? Those who have severe cardiovascular diseases and mental or neurological diseases that cannot cooperate with this study. ?Diabetes types other than type 2 diabetes, such as type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, etc. ? Those with combined severe dysfunction that threatens life, including malignancy. ? Those who have developed neurogenic lower limb gangrene. ?Those with incomplete questionnaires or incomplete information. ?Those who cannot be clearly diagnosed. Note: Those who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.
