Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria for depression and dry eye; Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent. Health group: Healthy and normal individuals under 60 years old, with no history of dry eyes, depression, eye trauma, acute eye inflammation or infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria but have a history of ocular trauma or infection; Patients with a history of eye surgery within six months; Patients with major medical problems.
