Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patients diagnosed with DMD, the height reaches the short stature standard, the growth rate is slowed down (<5cm/year), and the skeletal muscle volume of the whole body is lower than normal. They were divided into two groups, one was the growth hormone treatment group and the other was the observation and treatment group. ?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active malignant disease, acute stage of severe systemic infection, patients with symptoms of tumor progression, high risk factors for tumors (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, history of immunosuppressive therapy), hepatitis B virus infection, diabetes
