Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All kinds of trauma patients admitted to trauma centers, including mechanical injuries, physical injuries, etc.; (2) Systolic blood pressure < 90mmHg, GCS=8 points or triage identified as severe trauma with the risk of major bleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Injury Severe Score (ISS) 3 hours; (7) Death within 8 hours of admission.
