Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age greater than 65 years ? Cases treated with surgery ? Malignant tumors of the digestive system, such as colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, periampullary cancer, and so on ? The clinical data are complete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Cases without radical surgery ? Cases in which adverse effects of chemotherapy could not be assessed ? Cases of refusal to participate in the study
