65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 65-80 years old, ASA grade II-III, BMI18 ~ 30kg/m²; 2) Scheduled for hip replacement or knee replacement surgery under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse to participate in the study; 2) Contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 3) History of serious major organ diseases,like heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney; 4) allergic to benzodiazepines or dexmedetomidine; 5) History of delirium, dementia and other mental illnesses
