Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The transvaginal ultrasound examination reveals a normal size and shape of the uterus. 2.The endometrial preparation protocol involves either hormone replacement therapy (HRT), pituitary down-regulation with hormone replacement therapy, or a combined pituitary down-regulation and hormone replacement therapy protocol. 3.There are = 2 high-quality embryos available for transfer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uterine cavity abnormalities, including endometrial polyps, uterine fluid accumulation, and uterine tuberculosis, which can affect the intrauterine environment. 2.Untreated uterine malformations, such as bicornuate uterus or unicornuate uterus. 3.Malignant ovarian tumors. 4.Hydrosalpinx (blockage or fluid accumulation in the fallopian tubes). 5.Incomplete data collection cycles or loss to follow-up cycles.
