Control group:Provide routine lifestyle interventions, including dietary and exercise guidance.
test groupsand control groups:On the basis of routine lifestyle intervention and dietary and exercise guidance, a shared outpatient management approach was adopted for a 3-month period of healthy life

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Obese infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, BMI=28kg/m^2 2: Ability to use smartphones 3: Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe hematological diseases, malignant tumors, combined with severe internal and external diseases 2: Patients with concomitant mental illness and cognitive impairment 3: Have any history of hormone drugs in the past 3 months 4: Patients who withdrew from the study midway
