Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: - Age 18-70 years - Oral mucosal lesions such as oral lichen planus, oral leukoplakia, and other potentially malignant diseases of the oral cavity Control group: - Age 18~70 years old - Oral mucosal lesions that are not known to be part of the OPMD, such as teeth that need to be extracted due to blocked teeth, supernumerary teeth, or orthodontic needs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Severe underlying systemic disease - Use of prescription medications in the past 1 month that may affect the body's immunity and metabolism (e.g., glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants or enhancers, antifungals, probiotics, etc.) - Pregnant or breastfeeding women - Presence of salivary gland disease affecting saliva production - Presence of mossy contact lesions, suspected drug-induced mossy lesions, or other oral mucosal lesions.
