Calculus of upper urinary tract

Interventions

Study group:No double J-tube is placed after PCNL, only a nephrostomy tube is placed.
Control group:Double J tubes were placed after PCNL and nephrostomy tubes were also placed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients =18 years of age, male or female; 2) Simple kidney or renal pelvis stones diagnosed by preoperative imaging (including X-ray, B-ultrasound, and CT), who wish to undergo PCNL; 3) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) contraindication to PCNL surgery 2) Combination of ureteral stenosis on the affected side or ureteral anatomical abnormalities; or previous history of renal transplantation or urinary diversion surgery; 3) Anatomical or functional solitary kidney, or preoperative renal failure; 4) Intraoperative accidents, including but not limited to intraoperative hemorrhage, extensive damage to the collecting system or even causing perforation; 5) preoperative indication of severe urinary tract infection, or suffering from renal pus that requires adequate drainage; 6) Those who cannot accept standardized treatment and cannot cooperate with follow-up visits.
