Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Over 60 years old, agree to participate in the investigation and sign an informed consent form; ? Those who meet the standards for sarcopenia established by the 2019 Asian myopenia gravis working group (AWGS); ? Those who are able to eat orally and tolerate enteral nutrition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, etc. who are unable to participate in the test normally; ? Individuals who suffer from heart disease (including those equipped with pacemakers and heart stents), cannot participate in body composition testing and physical strength index testing after implantation of artificial joints, etc; ? Those with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; ? Patients with combined difficulty swallowing and eating; ? Long term use of thyroid drugs, steroids, and estrogen and progesterone; ? Those who have poor compliance and are deemed unsuitable by the research doctor; ? Patients with severe sepsis or systemic inflammatory response syndrome.
