Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, >18 years of age, American Society of Anesthesiologists class I.- III; Cardiac function level I.~II., no obvious abnormalities in the function of various important organ systems; Willing to undergo stellate ganglion block preoperatively; Agree to use PCIA postoperatively and undergo follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There are contraindications to puncture such as coagulation dysfunction, local anesthetic allergy, neck skin infection, systemic infection, etc.; Those with severe heart, brain, kidney and other diseases; Those who have poor comprehension ability, combined with mental illness, etc., are unable to complete the scoring and cooperate with the operator; Intraoperative switch to laparotomy.
